Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your SECT LEADER purchase. If an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size, we’ll help you with a replacement or exchange.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible reasons: wrong item received, damaged/defective product, or sizing issues (unused & unwashed).
- Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email sectleader@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9315936081 with your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.
- Our customer support will review and guide you through the return/exchange process.
- Once approved, follow our instructions to ship the item back (return shipping terms depend on the reason for return).
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible or the item is out of stock. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper care.
- Items not returned in original condition (washed, worn, or without tags).
- Customer remorse or change of mind (unless specified in a promotional return window).
