Welcome to SECT LEADER. By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Production

All products are made-to-order and processed within 2–3 working days. All-Over Print (AOP) items may require an additional 1–2 days.
Orders may be canceled only within 2 hours of placement. After that timeframe, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Cards (via Razorpay), Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Partial Payments (for select orders).
All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard processing & delivery typically takes 3–5 working days (processing 2–3 days + delivery 2–5 days depending on location).
Premium shipping options (where available) are chargeable and will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided by email/SMS once the order ships.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We follow a customer-friendly policy (size exchanges + replacements) within a 7-day window. Full details available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, logos, and images are the property of SECT LEADER unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SECT LEADER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the site. We are also not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
